Am 10.\/11.02.2023 fand die 39. Jahrestagung der Arbeitsgemeinschaft in Nordrhein-Westfahlen t\u00e4tiger Not\u00e4rzte (AGNNW)<\/strong> im Maternushaus in K\u00f6ln statt. Hier noch einmal das Fortbildungsprogramm: Kurzprogramm Jahrestagung AGNNW<\/a><\/strong>, dass parallel in Pr\u00e4senz<\/strong> im Maternussaal am Freitag mit 200 und am Samstag mit > 400 TeilnehmerInnen stattfand und per Streaming<\/strong> online mit 200 UserInnen \u00fcber das gesamte Bundesgebiet.<\/p>\n

Am Freitag erfolgte zun\u00e4chst der berufspolitische Vormittag<\/strong> mit hochrangigen Vertretern aus den Ministerien.<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>

Im Anschluss stellte Prof. Dr. Dr. Alexander Lechleuthner wieder das Industrieforum<\/strong> mit einer moderierten Vorstellung neuer Produkte im 5-Minuten-Takt <\/strong>vor.<\/p>\n

Um 14.30 erfolgte die Special Lecture zum Thema \u201e40 Jahre AGNNW\u201c<\/strong> mit Prof. Dr. Matthias Fischer, Go\u0308ppingen, als Ehrengast und Laudator.<\/p>\n

Um 15.00 ging\u2019s dann los mit den Start-ups in der Notfallmedizin<\/strong> unter Moderation von Claudia Scheltz \/ Florian Reifferscheid wurde zur \u201eVirtual Reality in der Notarztausbildung\u201c<\/strong> durch PD Dr. Thomas Luiz, Kaiserslautern berichtet. Dann kam der \u201eOnline-Burner\u201c<\/strong>
zum Einsatz (digitale Hilfsmittel in der Notfallmedizin) mit Mathias
Duschl, Visp. In der letzten Sitzung des Freitages wurde das Thema \u201eGewaltopfer \u2013 Notfallmedizinische Versorgung und Strafverfolgung\u201c<\/strong> aufgegriffen unter Moderation von Dr. Hella Ko\u0308rner-Go\u0308bel und Dr. Frank Ho\u0308pken: Zu \u201ePolizeiliche Aspekte bei Gewaltopfern: Strafverfolgung und Beweissicherung\u201c<\/strong> berichtete Herr Kriminaldirektor Martin Mehlhorn, Du\u0308sseldorf. Zur \u201ePsychotraumatologie in der Akutversorgung\u201c<\/strong> ging Balint Lenard M.Sc. aus Ulm ein. Ein abschliessendes Referat hielt Dr. Marcel Ju\u0308hling, Du\u0308sseldorf zur \u201eGewaltbetroffenenversorgung aus rechts- medizinischer Sicht \u2013 Verletzungsdokumentation und Spurensicherung\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Am Abend bestand die M\u00f6glichkeit des \u201eMeet the Expert\u201c<\/strong> mit Fingerfood zur Vertiefung des Geh\u00f6rten und einem gemeinsamen Austausch.<\/p>\n

Am Samstagmorgen startete die Jahrestagung dann um 09.00 h mit einer Begru\u0308\u00dfung<\/strong> durch den Vorsitzenden der AGNNW Herrn Dr. Peter Gretenkort. In der Sitzung \u201eWas geht ab?\u201c<\/strong> unter Moderation von Dr. Gabriele Wo\u0308bker und Prof. Dr. Michael Bernhard berichtete Dr. Thomas Henke zum Thema \u201eeAuto, eBike, eRoller \u2013 Vera\u0308nderte Grenzsituationen und Verletzungen\u201c<\/strong>, danach schilderte Dr. Matthias Baumga\u0308rtel, Nu\u0308rnberg, die eCPR \u201eWichtiges klinisches Tool oder Sterbeortverlagerung?\u201c<\/strong> und Dr. Mark Michael aus D\u00fcsseldorf ging auf die wichtige Entwicklung des \u201eWei\u00dfbuch: Nicht-traumatologisches Schockraum-Management\u201c<\/strong> ein.<\/p>\n

In der Sitzung \u201eLeitlinien in der Notfallmedizin: Kompaktes Wissen \u2013 auf den Punkt\u201c<\/strong> unter der Moderation von Dr. Julia Grannemann und Dr. Tobias Ahnert wurde auf die \u201eS2k-Leitlinie Anaphylaxie\u201c<\/strong> von Andreas Becht, Du\u0308sseldorf, die \u201eS3-Leitlinie Polytrauma \/ Schwerverletztenbehandlung\u201c<\/strong> durch PD Dr. Dan Bieler, Koblenz, die \u201eS2k-Leitlinie CO-Intoxikation\u201c<\/strong> im Doppelpack durch Dr. Hella Ko\u0308rner-Go\u0308bel, Neuss; Dr. Holger Wi\u00dfuwa, Hernund die \u201eS2k-Leitlinie Notfallpsychiatrie\u201c <\/strong>durch Dr. Hermann Westendarp, Marsberg eingegangen. Vor dem Mittagessen nahm Dr. Oleg Volovitch das Auditorium auf eine paar Notarzteins\u00e4tze mit und Beteiligte alle an der Entscheidungsfindung im Einsatz und in der Notaufnahme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Nach dem Mittagessen erweckte Frau Jutta Sch\u00fcrmann aus D\u00fcsseldorf das Auditorium durch eine Interaktives Quiz<\/strong>, dass einen lebhaften und lautstarken Anklang fand. In der letzten Sitzung unter Moderation von Florian Breuer und Marc Zellerhof berichtet PD Dr. Frank Eifinger, Ko\u0308ln zum \u201eSIDS \u2013 Neue Erkenntnisse zum Kindstod\u201c<\/strong>, das \u201eArbeitsalltag des Telenotarztes\u201c<\/strong> schilderte Dr. Camilla Metelmann, Greifswald und auf \u201eChemische Kampfstoffe \u2013 was mu\u0308ssen Nota\u0308rztinnen und Nota\u0308rzte wissen?\u201c<\/strong> ging Prof. Dr. Timo Wille, Mu\u0308nchen ein.<\/p>\n

Einen Abschluss fand die 39. Jahrestagung der Arbeitsgemeinschaft in Nordrhein-Westfahlen t\u00e4tiger Not\u00e4rzte (AGNNW)<\/strong> im Maternushaus in K\u00f6ln mit zahlreichen interessanten und innovativen Workshops.<\/p>\n

Insgesamt tolle Veranstaltung mit sehr positiven Feedback, sowohl im Pr\u00e4senz als auch im Streamimganteil. Wir freuen uns schon auf 2024!<\/p>\n
